Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, covering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Plan and implement engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to students’ varying abilities and learning styles.
Encourage critical thinking and a hands-on approach to learning, utilizing the school’s laboratory resources effectively.
Prepare students for GCSE Science assessments with targeted teaching, practical sessions, and effective feedback.
Participate in the school’s science initiatives, contributing to STEM events, extracurricular activities, and departmental projects.
Ideal Candidate:
QTS with experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
Strong knowledge and passion for Science, with a proven track record in delivering the curriculum effectively.
Excellent classroom management skills and a dedication to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
Ability to motivate students, instilling a sense of curiosity and wonder about the world of science.
