They welcome individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and pride themselves on inclusivity, training and progression Description The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for: Bank Reconciliations Posting of receipts/refunds to various accounts Liaise with customers regarding their accounts Setting up and opening accounts on the internal software Offer support to credit controller Holiday Cover for the team Issuing of Bills/Invoices, monthly, quarterly & yearly Chasing payments from customers Sending out of statements monthly, quarterly & yearly Profile The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be/have: Experience in a similar Accounting role Customer Service experience and experience of speaking to customers on the phone with confidence Computer literate, particularly with MS Office and Outlook.
