My client, a leading B2B gas supplier is looking for an experienced Sales Support Team Leader to join them in their Bury office.
Role
As the Sales Support Team Leader, you will be responsible to ensure the team are providing timely and accurate data for the sales and delivery process. Ensure quotations are issued in a timely fashion and that all contracts deliver optimal value to the business by identifying underperforming and non-compliant sites and taking appropriate action.
Responsibilities
1. Facilitate a speedy and accurate production of prices by account managers
2. Support account managers in achieving a 24 hour turnaround on prices
3. Providing presales checks including but not limited to credit and consumption validation
4. Liaising with brokers and TPIs
5. Own the management of Micro Business renewals and related queries
6. Seek to identify and implement system or process improvements to create efficiency and/or meet regulatory changes
7. Support in the entry to the Electricity market
8. Production and implementation of KPIs and reports in line with management requirements
Requirements
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Strong organisational skills
11. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships
12. Excellent IT skills, with proven working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel
13. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all areas of work
14. Analytical
15. Able to multi task and prioritise within a challenging environment
16. Able to work well both individually as well as part of a team
17. Flexible approach to work
18. Energy industry experience
19. Experience of managing and prioritising daily tasks and working to strict timescales
