We have an exciting opportunity for a Developer Services Supervisor to join our South East Water team. We are looking for a proactive individual eager to gain experience across all areas within our team. In this role, you will manage three teams in the west, overseeing all Developer Services Mains and B-Type/A-Type connections.
Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…
* Support our service connection teams in delivering for new developments.
* Assist site supervisors with their daily operations.
* Provide industry-leading customer service.
* Conduct site visits prior to dig team attendance and complete health and safety paperwork.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

You have a basic understanding of IT and Microsoft Office. While previous experience in the water industry is preferable, it is not essential. Strong communication skills, quality management, and problem-solving abilities are key to success in this role. You should be able to work within set timeframes and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
A full UK driving licence is required, along with an EUSR Blue Card, NRSWA Supervisor Qualification, Service Avoidance Training, Manual Handling Certification, First Aid Certification, and Asbestos Awareness Training. Additionally, having an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification, Temporary Works Supervision training, and Confined Space Training would be advantageous but not essential.
