What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Stratford:
* Managing a team of property managers
* Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
* Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
* Property inspections
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
* Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
* Deposit returns
* Resolving rental arrears
* Processing eviction requests
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
