The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting lodgement data into Trustmark for a retrofit project. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Role Profile
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following duties:
* Inputting lodgement data into Trustmark with high accuracy.
* Verifying and cross-referencing data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Maintaining and updating project databases.
* Generating reports and summaries from the data entered.
* Collaborating with Retrofit Co-Ordinators, Advisors and Contract Managers and other team members to gather necessary information.
* Ensuring data is entered in compliance with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards.
* Identifying and correcting data entry errors.
* Managing electronic and paper files related to the project.
* Assisting in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.
* Providing administrative support to the project team as required.
* Ensuring confidentiality and security of all data.
* Participating in training sessions to stay updated on Trustmark requirements and data entry best practices.
* Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
Person Specification
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of construction projects.
* Familiarity with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards.
* Experience with Trustmark or similar data management systems.
* Basic understanding of retrofit projects.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
