Job Purpose : To facilitate and support the efficient and effective delivery of key Medical Affairs governance and operations projects and activities across the KKI region while developing the student’s experience and knowledge of working within a global specialty pharmaceutical company Key Responsibilities: Assist with the delivery of key Medical Affairs projects and activities (e.g., advisory boards, medical education meetings and activities, work with Patient or Healthcare organisations) as deemed appropriate by therapy area and your manager Project management assistance and participation to drive delivery and optimization of Medical Affairs processes (e.g., Evidence generation, Medical Information, Medical Engagement) Develop and implement management monitoring and quality assurance for Medical Affairs activities to ensure compliance to KKI standards and statutory regulations Provide Project Management and other support to progress key Medical Affairs studies Support the generation and update of scientific communication materials (e.g., Therapy updates, Medical Information responses, materials) as requested Project Management support for key Medical Affairs change initiatives Assist in the development and generation of reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor the performance of KKI Medical Affairs and progress against annual objectives Organise and participate in communication of Medical Affairs activities across the teams and the wider UK business Help maintain the internal medical databases Position Requirements: You will be looking to complete a 12-month placement in your third or penultimate year of study, returning to your course at the end of the placement Studying a biomedical, science, or social science degree (or equivalent qualification) Kyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
