We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking financial services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that will drive key business transformation initiatives.

The Role:
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping the overall architecture of the Salesforce platform, ensuring that it aligns with business needs and strategic goals. This is a key role within the business, where you will drive the technical direction for the organisation’s Salesforce initiatives and lead complex integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
* Architect enterprise-level integrations using Mulesoft to ensure seamless communication across systems.
* Drive the adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and FSC
* Lead the architecture and execution of digital transformation programmes, working closely with both technical and business teams.
* Ensure that solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.
* Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices, from configurations to customisation and integration.
* Act as a governance leader, overseeing design decisions through a structured design authority process.
* Collaborate with internal teams and systems integration partners to deliver high-quality solutions that align with project goals.
* Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams, aligning requirements and expectations.
About You:
* 7+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with a proven track record of designing and implementing solutions across multiple clouds.
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities, with hands-on expertise in integrations, particularly using Mulesoft.
* Solid understanding of integration methodologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.
* A background in large-scale digital transformation projects, ideally within the financial services industry.
* Strong leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and support less experienced architects.
