EDEN Treats is a multi-award-winning vegan and allergy-inclusive gifting brand, known for our premium hampers and artisan food curation. We champion independent food and drink producers, building a purpose-driven brand that customers love.
We are looking for a Community & Engagement Executive to take our Instagram and email marketing to the next level, building an engaged audience that translates into customer growth. You will work closely with our founders and wider team to amplify brand storytelling, nurture our community, and drive direct conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Community Growth – Develop and execute a content strategy that builds an engaged community on Instagram and Facebook, driving conversations, shares, and brand loyalty.
2. Short-Form Video & Content Creation – Produce on-brand, engaging short-form videos and UGC-led content that drives reach and interaction.
3. Influencer & Brand Collaborations – Identify and nurture partnerships with aligned brands and creators to expand our reach and credibility.
4. Email & Customer Retention Strategy – Optimise Klaviyo email flows to turn engaged followers into customers, ensuring strong retention and lifetime value.
5. Community Engagement & Customer Connection – Proactively interact with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build a brand presence that feels personal and authentic.
6. Performance Tracking & Optimisation – Use insights and analytics to refine content, engagement strategies, and email performance for growth.
What We Are Looking For
1. 2+ years in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, ideally in e-commerce, food, or lifestyle brands.
2. A deep understanding of Instagram & Facebook growth strategies, including viral content, reels, and community-building tactics.
3. Strong copywriting and content skills – ability to craft engaging captions, email sequences, and community-driven messaging.
4. Proven experience in influencer marketing – identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships.
5. Data-driven mindset – ability to track key metrics and optimise for engagement and conversions.
6. Passion for food, sustainability, and plant-based brands is highly desirable.
