We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting a Global Customer Officer to join our GCS Operations team. The role holder will support the Head of International Operations & Commercial team in managing all aspects of the international business.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Accurate acknowledgement and processing of customer orders.
* Subject to external factors, ensuring customer orders are supplied in line with OTIF.
* Arrange shipment of customer orders in line with temperature requirements and product classification as appropriate, including, but not limited to; country specific export documentation, licence management and applicable INCOTERMS.
* Raising customer complaints and shipment temperature excursions in our Quality Management System.
* Work closely with Freight Forwarders to ensure goods are collected and managed appropriately.
* Maintain accurate archiving of customer orders in accordance with audit requirements.
* Ensure customer orders and shipments are managed in compliance with HMRC, GDP & GMP regulations.
Skills/Experience
* Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent).
* Minimum 1 -2 years experience working Pharmaceutical environment (desirable)
* Minimum 2-3 years experience managing customer accounts.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
* Experience with Freight Forwarders (desirable)
* Customer account management
