We have an exciting opportunity for a Capital Project Manager to join our team on a Permanent basis.
This position is well-suited to an enthusiastic and self-motivated person who is looking to further their career in a healthcare setting.
Job Role:
To provide management of IFM / Bolton NHS Foundation Trust capital development and delivery programme. To support the capital team in the development and management of the estates capital development programme that is aligned to the estates strategy, commercial aspirations and clinical and corporate strategies.
Running of Capital projects within a defined project methodology, budget and timetable. The post holder will be accountable for ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and maintain a high profile within IFM through developing and building strong links with key individuals and departments; engaging local partners and keeping them informed of progress.
Engage with and manage design and building teams across the project areas. Set and monitor key target dates for the development and completion of the project.

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-disciplined groups of staff.
This role is subject to Standard DBS disclosure.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant field
* Membership of a professional Institution, such as IHEEM or IWFM
* Project Management Qualification
* Special Knowledge related to the services offered – including Health and Safety, Security, Risk Management
* Ability to make judgements on the contractual requirements involved in property to ensure facilities meet the needs of the service within a required cost envelope
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
