Children’s Residential Support Worker Role Overview: As a Residential Support Worker, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing individual care plans for children and young people. This role requires sleeping-in on a rota basis, ensuring that young people have the support they need, around the clock. Skills and Experience Required: Ideally level 3 Children and Young People Qualification. Passionate about patient care and bringing a smile to people. Patient, caring and understanding. Excellent communication skills. A Full, clean UK driving licence.Desirable: Experience in a residential setting is advantageous. Experience in a therapeutic environment is a plus.
