We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our Shropshire team in a dynamic split role between our Telford clinic and our state-of-the-art 24/7 hospital in Shrewsbury. This position allows you to work alongside experienced professionals, including certificate holders, while playing a key role in expanding and enhancing our services at the Telford clinic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Duties at Telford Clinic: Conduct routine and emergency consultations, and perform various routine operations for two days a week.
2. Clinical Duties at Shrewsbury Hospital: Spend one day focused on Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) and inpatient care, and another day on routine consultations and surgeries.
3. Collaborative Care: Work closely with an established team of nurses and reception staff, utilising digital X-ray, dental X-ray, and ultrasound facilities.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Qualified Veterinary Surgeon: Registered with the RCVS.
2. Experience: Proven experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in using advanced diagnostic tools and performing surgeries.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
