Part-Time HR Manager / Operations Manager – Old Street | £54K FTE
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a dynamic and close-knit team?
We’re seeking a Part-Time HR Manager to join our clients team, working 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday preferred), from 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. This role is based near Old Street 3 days per week, with 1 day working from home.
About the Role
You will support a small team of around 18 colleagues, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive company culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
* HR management & performance management
* Developing and communicating policies & procedures
* Recruitment & succession planning
* Managing formal meetings & employee relations
* Supporting the Director as needed
About You
We are looking for an HR professional CIPD Level 5 qualified (Senior HR Advisors with extensive experience will also be considered).
You should have:
* Strong ER case-handling & performance management experience
* A proactive, “can-do” attitude with an agile working mentality
* Excellent communication skills, including experience handling difficult conversations
* A commercial and solution-driven approach to HR
