Fire & Security New Business Development Manager - Ideally located within SW/SE and London
Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced and accomplished New Business Development Manager from within the Fire & Security industry.
Basic Salary: £35-42,000 Subject to experience
On Target Earnings: Circa £70,000
Company Vehicle or Car Allowance: (candidate preference)

Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
* Professionally represent the company’s brand and successfully sell the Company’s fire & security products within an allocated geographical area, ensuring achievement of an agreed target.
* Identify & target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire & Security products.
* Attend appointments to sell the company’s products and services ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
* Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation utilised.
* Constant attainment of agreed targets based upon new business and additional revenue streams.
* Develop & implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Build & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
* Build & deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate and close deals.
* Collaborate with internal teams.
Who We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development mainly around service contracts.
* Strong network of contacts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
