Customer Services Modern Apprentice will be based in the contact centre at Cunninghame House, Irvine. Deal directly with queries from internal and external customers. Taking calls and entering and retrieving data from a variety of computerised or manual systems. Filing, faxing, photocopying and processing mail. Customer service skills, problem solving skills, time management, organisational skills amongst others. Three National 4 qualifications, or equivalent, one must be in English. Relevant knowledge and/or experience gained through education, voluntary or part time work. Written and verbal communication skills required, ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team, take and follow instructions and be motivated and enthusiastic.
