Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to offer timely and effective support to end users, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical assistance via phone, email, or remote access
2. Resolving issues efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and disruption
3. Documenting and tracking incidents and resolutions using our ticketing system
4. Maintaining accurate records of user interactions and support activities
