Fram are working with a leading financial solutions company who specialise a wide range of professional and financial services to private clients and businesses. Our client has an Employee Benefits division dedicated to helping employers and employees optimise their company benefit offerings. This role involves joining the Group Risk and Healthcare team, which manages the benefits for the EB's clients. They will offer hybrid working after probation period along with salary, half year bonus and other benefits. Some of the responsibilities include : Review Group Risk and Healthcare policies Liaising with clients to gather relevant information. Request terms from market & existing providers. Produce reports and recommendations to clients Instruct insurers to proceed – including relevant completion of forms etc. Process, check and issue accounts to employers for payment Support clients with queries on their schemes or potential schemes Liaise with providers to ensure we have the most relevant information on their overall proposition Communicate with existing and former clients, providers and advisers via e-mail, letter and phone. Obtain, check and issue invoices (PMI, GLA, GIP, Cash Plan & Dental). An ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the issues and hot topics in the Group Risk & Healthcare sector. A strong understanding of products such as Life assurance, income protection, and private medical insurance, along with an understanding of Net, Salary Sacrifice and Tax for pension contributions.
