The Role
An opportunity has arisen within NHS Lanarkshire for a Personal Secretary, based within Rutherglen Primary Care Services. The Personal Secretary is required to provide an efficient and comprehensive service to the Senior Manager incorporating a range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Self-motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills.
2. Equivalent relevant qualifications (HNC/SVQ in secretarial studies) and secretarial experience
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and accurate keyboard skills.
4. Excellent time management skills.
5. Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
6. Ability to work under pressure.

This role will be based in Administration Department within Rutherglen primary Care Centre
