An exciting new opportunity has arisen in our People Operations department for a People Admin (Human Resources) to join our fantastic global team. They're responsible for important day-to-day admin. They will provide a professional, comprehensive, proactive & responsive HR service to internal stakeholders across multiple regions. You'll provide a high volume of business critical data & support in a challenging fast-paced environment where 'change is business as usual!'
What We're Looking For:
* Ideally 2+ years’ of HR sector experience/business admin.
* Strong organisational skills for a fast paced environment.
* Ability to deliver volume output whilst maintaining accuracy.
* Confidential, professional & excellent communication skills.
* Problem solving skills, able to make decisions when needed.
* Self-sufficient with workload, able to support goals of others.
* Keen learner to deliver a quality service to all stakeholders.
* Some IT skills in MS Office/MS Excel (SFDC/CRM a bonus)
What You'll be Doing:
* New starters, leavers & movers admin (issuing CoE/updating system)
* Proactive completion of relevant forms, reports, records & actions
* Assigning/answering HR queries in-line with defined internal SLAs
* Maintaining system whilst raising/challenging ‘way we work’ process
* Benefits (enrolments, changes, termination of all participants/plans)
* Ensuring employee data/info is accurate/timely for data protection
* Support, collaborate & resolve business queries within wider team
* Explore/contribute to reviewing current/improving future processes
* Ad-hoc admin duties (e.g. other regions, PTO/sick cover, deadlines)
* Some flexibility is required occasionally to meet business needs
