Key responsibilities
1. Preperation of all meeting rooms - with hospitality as requested
2. Collection and delivery of hospitality in a timely manner
3. Liase with booking representive from time of booking to event completion
4. Comuicate with the catering team, forth coming events and requirements
5. Ensure all legal onligations are meet with regards allergens, food safety and record keeping
6. Ensure all area are left clean tidy and ready to use
7. Ensure hospitality areas are fit for purpose, report issues as required
8. You will need to be Smart - Uniform provided
9. Forward thinking and organised
10. Flexible with working hours, no two weeks could be the same
11. Have a good eye for detail
