Your future duties and responsibilities: • Lead the business development efforts for clients in Northern Ireland, focusing on winning new business and expanding CGI's presence in the region. • Take full responsibility for sales activities, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, leveraging CGI’s broad portfolio of solutions and capabilities. • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, positioning CGI as a trusted partner. • Help define and implement the go-to-market strategy for the Northern Ireland vertical, shaping our service offerings and positioning us for growth. • Use your knowledge and insights of the Northern Ireland market to identify opportunities for growth and tailor solutions to meet client needs. • Work closely with internal teams across CGI to ensure successful delivery of solutions and maintain long-term client satisfaction. • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the Scotland and Northern Ireland business unit. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • Demonstrable success in business development and sales within the Northern Ireland market, across public or private sector clients. • Ability to innovate and disrupt the market by winning deals ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-million-pound programmes. • A credible leader with a deep understanding of market trends and key drivers in Northern Ireland, positioning CGI as the consultant of choice. • Proficiency in all relevant business development and sales tools, techniques, and methodologies. • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite executives.
