The Motion Graphics and Video Editor role is a vital component of the team. Working alongside our digital designers and art directors you’ll be creating everything from pitch videos, gamification, website animation, social posts, award entries and case study films for some of the countries most loved brands. The combination of dynamic content will stretch your skill set. From editing footage, creating sound design and V/O’s for narratives to dynamic typography and graphics seldom is one day the same as the next. But be prepared for tight deadlines and last-minute requests. We know that what you do is vital in creating the best work and you’ll be in demand What You'll Do: Bring to life scripts, storyboards and concepts with little oversight Partner with other members of the team to create original solutions to their briefs Work with the team to raise the production values of all things dynamic You may be required to generate original content eg: film and record Take personal responsibility for managing expectations and hitting deadlines A strong knowledge of social media best practice and adaptation of ideas and strategies in that area is a bonus Take part in brainstorms and ideation sessions Add to the energy and culture of the UK business Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an appropriate/related course 2-4 years professional experience Exceptional showreel that demonstrates a broad skillset – visually and audio and a strong understanding of storytelling. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong skills in editing Strong skills in motion graphics Skills in 2d / 3d animation desirable Deep understanding of sound and the power it has in visual comms An understanding of AI in dynamic content importantly creating AI voice overs desirable Awareness of AI and other creative technology and tools beneficial What we're looking for: You have big picture vision, with an eye for detail.
