We are a dynamic diverse team of over one hundred staff, where patients and records always come first. We maintain a large library of over one million patient records to a high standard, from creation, scanning, validation, to destruction and everything in-between. Our approachable receptionists support the Outpatient team run smooth and efficiently striving for an excellent patient experience. We also have a growing Subject Access team who provides our patients and their representatives access to a copy of their records electronically, via a patient portal.
