Excellent opportunity to join a service solutions business as a Service Coordinator.
You will be the main point of contact for the field-based engineers and will carry out the following responsibilities:
1. Main point of contact for customers
2. Work within the scheduling team, allocating works for the engineers
3. Escalate any complaints from customers
4. Log reactive calls
5. Monitor engineers' attendance alongside SLA
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has experience scheduling works for engineers or in helpdesk administration
2. Has good geographical knowledge
3. Possesses strong administration and customer service skills
4. MUST drive due to office location
