Description

* Manage a caseload of litigated Personal Injury RTA claims.
* Conduct client interviews to assess the validity of claims and identify any areas of liability.
* Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party insurers.
* Ensure all client care correspondence and instructions are accurately recorded.
* Adhere to all regulations and guidelines of the industry.
* Keep updated with changes in legislation, case law, and industry practices.
* Prepare and deliver case reports to the team manager regularly.
* Contribute to team meetings and training sessions.

Profile

A successful Personal Injury Solicitor NQ - 2 PQE should have:
