Location: Accrofab Alcester Limited B49 6EH Shift Pattern: 07.30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday, and 07.30 to 12.30 Fridays, with designated breaks Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance & Environmental Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and developing and maintaining our Quality & Environmental Management Systems. This includes ensuring compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, and ISO14001 standards. You will work closely with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness, lead improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop Quality & Environmental Management Systems to meet industry standards (ISO9001, AS9100, AS13100, NADCAP, ISO14001) and customer-specific requirements. Report on quality and environmental KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. Act as a primary contact for customers and third parties regarding Quality and Environmental Management matters. Lead internal and external audits, manage non-conformances, and support corrective action processes. Support new product introduction and ensure audit readiness across the business. Lead quality-related training and mentoring to foster a Zero-Defect culture. Participate in problem-solving exercises to improve efficiency and compliance. Ensure sustainability practices are embedded in operations, and drive initiatives to achieve environmental objectives in alignment with our environmental pathway.
