We currently have a vacancy for a Technician to be based within our Catering department.The role of the technician will be to support the curriculum ensuring the training kitchen, equipment and ingredients are ready for lessons, assisting with practical classes and supporting the running of the training restaurant.The role will include managing, preparing and ordering stock to ensure lessons can run as planned, therefore the post holder will work closely with the departments teaching staff.Some evening work will be required to support events.
