You will support the marketing team in developing and executing strategies to promote the organisation’s services & brand. You may also help coordinate events, maintain the company’s website, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while developing essential skills in marketing, communication, and project management under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Being part of our successful team, you will be providing varied administrative support to our customers and team whilst working towards your Level 3, 4, 5 or 6 qualification in conjunction with our NVQ provider.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Marketing Manager in the delivery of projects and campaigns, including email automation & lead nurturing.
* Managing design work from concept through to design and production.
* Developing concepts, video, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.
* Preparing material based on an agreed brief.
* Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
* Liaising with external suppliers on a regular basis.
* Assist with the management for social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube ensuring all content is engaging and consistent with Brand Guidelines.
* Assist with delivering engaging social content to help grow and nurture all social channels putting the right content on the right channel allowing for audience targeting and engagement.
* Contribute to the strategic direction of our evolving brand and proposition, including brand analysis.
* Any other ad hoc duties that are asked of you.

* GCSE English & Maths (9-4) (Required)
* High level of Attention to Detail (Required)
* Experience of Graphic Design (Required)
* Experience of video editing & production (Desired)
* Experience of Adobe Suite (Desired)
