Empower and lead the creation of highly effective CRM campaigns across email, SMS and Push, inspiring meaningful customer connections at every touchpoint. You’ll shape the way we build lasting relationships with our customers, helping us to reach new heights and revolutionise the jewellery experience. What does success look like? Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a CRM strategy across regions, with a focus on engagement, database health, and revenue. Align campaigns with broader business goals by working closely with performance marketing, product, brand marketing, and ecommerce teams. Database Growth Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive database growth plan Identify new channels for database growth through organic methods (e.g., content marketing, SEO, social media engagement, retail stores), as well as paid strategies (e.g., PPC, Facebook/Instagram ads, and partnerships). Work with the Brand Partnership team to foster partnerships Data-Driven Reporting & Insights: Use platforms like Ometria & GA to make data-led decisions that drive performance improvements. Act as the CRM spokesperson, sharing performance results and customer insights with key stakeholders. Innovation & Optimisation: Continuously seek new opportunities to grow and optimise CRM campaigns, pushing for innovation in all aspects of the program. Team Leadership & Culture Building: Lead, manage, and inspire a CRM Campaign Executive and collaborate with the CRM & Loyalty team Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, brand, marketing) and external partners to ensure CRM campaigns align with overall business objectives. Provide regular updates on performance, trends, and customer insights. What would you like from me? 5 years of experience working in CRM, ideally within a fashion, accessories or retail business. Proven track record of CRM campaign management and optimisation. Strong understanding of CRM performance metrics and how to improve and optimise these over time. A commercial and trade focussed mindset, with a keen attention to detail and an agile approach. Excellent skills in A/B testing, database segmentation and personalisation strategies. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously alongside non-BAU projects, and meet deadlines. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights. Exceptional writing, communication and organisational skills. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience of working in a scale up environment as well as entering new and emerging markets.
