The Role As an Occupational Therapist, responsibilities include: Providing specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions. Applying occupational therapy expertise in risk assessment and risk management. Leading and supervising a team of occupational therapists and therapy assistants. Using standardised clinical tools based on the Model of Human Occupation. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Acting as a role model and promoting the value of occupation in a forensic setting. Candidate Requirements HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist. Experience in learning disabilities, neurodiversity, or forensic mental health settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop junior staff.
