Your Opportunity
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Wealth Advisor with daily administrative needs;
2. Assist Wealth Advisor to prepare meeting packages for clients;
3. Assist with coordinating the financial planning process, along with gathering the required information;
4. Follow up on daily client requests in a timely manner;
5. Coordinate the account opening process for new and current clients;
6. Responsible for client data integrity and system updates;
7. Responsible for ensuring client packages, materials, and meetings are prepared/scheduled;
8. Other Financial Planning tasks including, but not limited to; RRSP, RESP and TFSA account tracking, research assignments, prepare report packages, other duties as assigned;

Your experience and education
16. 2+ years’ experience in the wealth/financial planning industry is preferred (in a banking, insurance, investment related workplace)
17. Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
18. You have completed or are working toward your CFP designation is considered an asset
19. You possess an inquisitive, curious attitude by continuously asking questions and looking for opportunities to make improvements
20. You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
21. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
22. You have the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
23. Strong attention to detail
24. Strong administration and organization skills
Pay Range: $49,000 -$75,000/annum
