As an Innovation Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading innovative concepts from ideation to prototype validation. You will have the opportunity to explore new technologies, propose disruptive designs, and assess their industrial impact on our production lines and customers' aircraft. This role requires in-depth knowledge of EWIS standards, requirements, and specifications to design, prototype, test, and install innovative components and processes. Proficiency in CATIA V5 and/or 3DExperience is essential. You should have experience in R&T development, be comfortable working with light input specifications, and use the TRL referential to monitor concept maturity. Familiarity with drafting, conducting, and analysing test campaigns is key to understanding the behaviour of new technologies. In this role, you will also contribute to patent filing objectives. You'll collaborate with a program manager, a technical leader, and a small team of design engineers to drive our technological roadmap.
