Established in 2018 with hubs in Wokingham, London and Nottingham, SOWN specialises in selling both new-build and re-sale shared ownership homes.
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should be able to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face. Working closely with the SOWN team, they will grow business in the Midlands. The candidate joining the team would need to be able to drive and hold a full licence. Experience within property is required and preferably knowledge about the Shared Ownership sector would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and maximising business opportunities
2. Mutually agree and hit individual targets whilst contributing towards department/regional targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
3. Self-generate viewing activity on our available stock
4. Travelling to sites to conduct viewing appointments, client visits and completion handovers
5. Generate solicitor referrals on new sales for additional department and individual income
6. Speaking to clients on the phone registering their interest in Shared Ownership
7. Arrange consultations with our partner financial team for Shared Ownership eligibility checks
8. Offering buyers advice on suitable properties and answering any questions they have about Shared Ownership
9. Offer handling & reservation processing
10. Complete and maintain weekly client reports on live developments
What are we looking for:
1. Experience in sales, ideally within the estate agency or Shared Ownership sector preferred
2. Some degree of Customer Service experience desirable
3. Computer literate
