JOB ADVERT: Administrator - Care Industry (Temp To Perm)
Are you an experienced Administrator seeking a new opportunity in the care industry? Our client, a small, friendly, charity-run residential care home in Woodbridge, is looking for a skilled Administrator to join their team. With a range of perks and the potential for a permanent position, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with general administration experience and a background in compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake general administration tasks, including compliance-related duties.
2. Ideally, have experience with payroll and the Deputy system.
3. Input hours into the system and liaise with the accounts team for payroll purposes.
4. Assist with basic accounting tasks, including raising invoices.
5. Prepare and type out contracts for residents.
6. Take incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
7. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
8. Familiarity with compliance procedures is highly desirable.
9. Knowledge of payroll processes and the Deputy system is an advantage.
10. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
11. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Pattern and Pay:
13. This is a full-time temporary position, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
14. The pay rate for this role is £13.50-£14.50 per hour.
15. There is also the possibility of this role becoming permanent.
