DescriptionAs part of the Intermediary Relationships Industrial Placement, youdevelop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to inform your career choices and contribute to developing and improving Nationwideprocesses, products and services in your department.Brokers provide 85% of the Society's mortgages, and are therefore critical to our success. Over the course of 12-months, youbuild your understanding of the mortgage market and process, with particular focus on the internmediary market.Weneed you to build rewarding relationships across the organisation and externally to understand customer needs, resolve problems and support the delivery of the Society blueprint.Youalso attend development workshops and complete a project with other Industrial Placements aligned to our Social Impact strategy. Our Industrial Placements provide a direct pathway to our graduate development programmes post-University.Our Mortgages and Financial Wellbeing function has approximately 3,000 colleagues working towards our mission to provide the best mortgage service in the UK. When joining the Intermediary Relationships Industrial Placement, youspecifically operate across our Intermediary Relationships teams which consist of Broker Support and Business Development Managers that support both Residential & Buy-to-let Mortgages.LocationAt Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible.
