DEPUTY HEAD TEACHER

A highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Head Teacher is required for Olympic Primary Academy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head Teacher to join our Northamptonshire team and make a positive impact in raising standards and the quality of experience for our children.
The school had outcomes in 2024 significantly above national averages for Phonics, MTC and KS2 and these are highly likely to occur again this year.
Working with the Head of School and alongside the senior leadership team, you will be based at Olympic Primary School, Wellingborough and be responsible for the operational implementation of Trust agreed strategies and processes across the school.
"We had a very successful Ofsted in January 2023 where it was shared that classrooms are calm, purposeful places. where pupils can focus on their learning. Pupils are kind towards each other. They use the school’s ‘ABC (Agree, Build, Challenge)’ strategy to discuss things in a polite and respectful manner.
