The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to provide essential support in a busy finance department. This is a permanent, part-time position.
Ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach, this role is suited to a professional who thrives on organisation and efficiency.
Working Pattern:
* Hours: 28 hours per week across 4 days
* Salary: £17,000 per annum
* Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing purchase ledger transactions and ensuring approvals for timely payments
* Managing direct debits, tracking, and updating systems
* Handling Amazon orders and staff expenses
* Organising and maintaining financial records
* Sorting incoming emails and mail, ensuring seamless communication
* Managing stationery supplies and assisting with general administrative duties
* Ad hoc finance-related tasks to support the Finance Manager and wider team
The Ideal Candidate:
* Highly organised with strong numeracy skills
* Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Excel
* A friendly, approachable, and adaptable team player
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
* Previous experience in finance administration or purchase ledger (desirable but not essential)
