Job Introduction We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 1.15pm daily - 23.75 hours per week We have a vacancy for an SEN teaching assistant to support a child to enable them to continue to develop and thrive. We are looking for a caring, compassionate team player who will collaborate with colleagues, is willing to learn and is keen to develop their understanding of how different children develop. Key characteristics: Committed to safeguarding Willing to listen and try new approaches to learning Able to communicate with colleagues and feedback key information Use initiative and act in the best interest of all children Be caring and empathetic Have a desire for every child to be the best they can be Previous experience of working in schools is desirable but not essential. However a willingness to learn and be reflective is essential to this role.
