Amazon Account Manager
Location: Christchurch
We're excited to be working with an innovative, fast-growing global brand looking for an Amazon Pro to join their Ecommerce Team.
What You'll Do:
1. Manage presence on Amazon (US, UK, AU and multiple European stores)
2. Drive growth and efficiency through this major sales channel
3. Lead all store optimisations, including product listings, store pages, etc
4. Manage Amazon advertising budget (including BFCM/ Prime Day deals) and creative to ensure positive ROAS
5. Provide regular reports and updates to the Marketing Director and Senior Management team on progress of Amazon channel
6. Work with the marketing team to produce content specifically for Amazon
7. Monitor FBA stock levels and work with the operations team
8. Manage the launch of new products on Amazon
9. Manage expansion into new regions, when/where appropriate
10. Work with Customer Support Team to optimise customer service processes for Amazon customers
11. Work with Social Media Manager to leverage Amazon Posts and other similar earned marketing opportunities
12. Keep up to date with best practice and opportunities for growth and efficiency on Amazon
13. Understand Amazon's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance
Skills / Requirements:
1. At least 2 years' experience managing and optimising a large Amazon account
2. Proficiency in Amazon Advertising (PPC, Deals etc)
3. Excellent written English / copywriting skills
4. Be passionate about all things Amazon. We need an internal Amazon expert
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
6. Experience with inventory forecasting and logistics
7. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp would be interesting but not mandatory
