Key Responsibilities:
As the appointed Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the care home complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines. This includes overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Provide strong leadership to the care home team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Effectively manage staff, resources, and budgets to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain robust quality assurance systems, conducting regular audits and assessments to uphold the highest standards of care. Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of service delivery.
Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, ensuring open communication and a person-centered approach to care. Act as an advocate for residents' needs and preferences.
Promote professional development among the care team, facilitating training opportunities and ensuring staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements:
Ideally, candidates will have a proven track record as a Registered Manager in a similar care setting, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements.
A relevant qualification in health and social care management is desirable, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to elderly and dementia residents, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
