A subject matter expert role that will efficiently and effectively drive and manage immigration needs and support international mobility for internal associates as well as candidates onboarding with Flowserve.?Partner in defining the scope and path forward for this newly defined role. - Support existing and new associates with basic to complex immigration and mobility needs (e.g. work visa, travel authorization, international assignments or relocation) - Ensure compliance with legal requirements - Educate associates, leaders and HR on critical policy changes - Establish global mobility and immigration playbook Your Role - Ensure our mobility and immigration programs are designed to and effectively support our business needs. - Establish new or improve existing process and programs where needed. - Support executive level mobility assignments and complex immigration requests. - Drive expected performance with 3rd party vendors. - Facilitate complex mobility tax needs between associate and EY. - Identify and drive process improvements within HR operations areas of service. - Support global HR policy and compliance needs and initiatives. - Act as case manager for executive level international assignees or newly hired associates, review cost estimates, engage with service providers and provide support where needed. - Establish credibility within the organization by providing guidance and support based on expertise. - Demonstrate ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility by driving resolutions in a timely and thorough manner. - Collaborate with 3rd party providers, where appropriate, to ensure outstanding service and seamless relocation of associates and their families. - Other duties as required and assigned by manager. Your Profile - Maintain subject matter expertise in complex country and state regulations related to immigration and mobility. - Exceptional communication skills. - Resourcefulness and ability to find answers quickly. - Adaptable to different customer types and situations. - Strong consultative skills and ability to influence without direct authority. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills. - 8 Years related experience with 5 supporting immigration and mobility within a global organization. - Certification, associate's degree or higher in Human Resources. - Physical Requirements : Requires a sedentary seated or standing position for five or more hours per day with repetitive motion/activity on a computer.
