The opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to ensure the successful operation of our Sustainability team.
Your role will involve managing schedules, arranging surveys, and handling both internal and external communication in a friendly and efficient manner. You will be customer focused and dedicated to creating a positive experience for our tenants and clients.
The ideal candidate is organised, possesses excellent communication skills, and can multitask effectively. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and will have an eye for detail and accuracy.
