About The Manse: Nestled in the friendly village of Freystrop on the outskirts of Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, The Manse is a spacious home for up to five adults aged 18 and over. This welcoming residence combines the tranquility of village life with convenient access to Pembrokeshire's largest market town, just two miles away, offering shops, cafes, and amenities. The home features a large back garden, perfect for relaxing or socialising, and becomes a delightful sun trap in the summer. A typical shift will include: Providing high quality bespoke care to the people we support, including keeping accurate records. Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment, and that it feels like home. Being a positive role model to the people we support and promoting their independence through a range of activities. General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and elements of personal care. Having fun with the people we support Sound good so far? Candidates with a full UK licence and access to their own vehicle is essential due to the rural location of the home.
