We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Partner - Developed Brands & Patient Impact Maximization, who is agile and innovative to join us in our Insights to Impact Team Finance, based in Brussels, Belgium, UK, Slough or Monheim, Germany.
About the role
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Partner, you will provide qualitative analytical financial information to business partners through relevant, actionable, timely and meaningful reports for actuals, budget, forecasting and strategic plan; you will update the businessâ financial forecast and you will support the Stakeholders with the required investments (Operational Expenses and Capitalized Assets) being part of resource reallocations during the year.
Who youâll work with
* Youâll be exposed to different levels of leaders and transversal projects and work in close collaboration with the Finance leads and Business Partners.
What youâll do
* Providing financial insights, historical as well as forward-looking, highlighting risk and opportunities, to support decision making and drive resource allocation.
* Planning, coordinating, and executing financial planning processes; ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of financial information.
* You will work on a diversity of assignments/topics: from P&L analysis for established products to analysis of pre-launch activities.
* Delivering relevant, accurate and complete financial reporting.
* Supporting the automatization of reporting.
* Performing timely and accurate monthly closing activities.
* P&L analysis and reconciliation with opex;
Guiding stakeholders in understanding financial processes, translating in a simple way financials to non-financial population, including presentations.
Interested? For this role weâre looking for the following education, experience and skills
* University Degree (or equivalent) in Finance / Accounting.
* 3-5 yearsâ work experience as Financial/Business Controller in Pharmaceutical preferred.
* Good analytical and communication skills
* Knowledge of accounting and closing procedures
* Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to interact/influence with business partners.
* Positive and problem-solving mindset with a team spirit attitude.
* Work independently, be pro-active and respect strict timelines
