We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service, contributing to an exceptional experience for all visitors. The Role Contact guests by phone/email to build rapport, notify them of any outstanding requirements and schedule vehicle collection times. Carry out licence and passport checks. Where necessary, liaise with the Insurance company to ensure guests are qualified to drive. Conduct final checks on vehicles to ensure they are ready for hire. Meet & Greet guests. Build rapport to confidently advise on and sell Liability Reduction options, as well as our shop items. Process payments and Rental Agreements. Demonstrate the Motorhome functions and be on hand to answer any questions our guests might have. Inspect the vehicle on return from hire, be prepared to deal with accident and damage scenarios. Resolve customer issues directly with limited requirement for escalation. Collect client feedback. General reception duties. Ideal Candidate Possess excellent customer service skills. Be friendly and engaging. Be confident in conflict resolution. Have good knowledge of I.T & Microsoft packages. Be resilient and flexible in a fast paced and demanding environment. Have a good eye for detail. Full UK driver’s license with 2 years driving experience. Foreign language skills would be a bonus.
