* We are now looking for a Human Resources Officer
The role: Human Resources Officer
* Join as a hands-on HR Officer, supporting both the Oldford factory and London Head Office with a wide range of HR activities.
* Be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners while managing key responsibilities like monthly pension uploads, absence and performance meetings, and recruitment support.
* Take ownership of critical areas such as labour cost management, policy development, and providing HR support for audits, all while contributing to business growth and team engagement.
* Collaborate with line managers on training, social activities, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can make a real impact.
Ideal candidate:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels.
* Excellent administration, organisational, and time management skills, with proven ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and adaptable to new systems.
* Experience working in a unionised environment is advantageous.
* Flexible, discreet, and able to handle confidential issues with professionalism.
