Join BASEC, part of Kiwa UK, as an Operations Administrator. In this key role, you'll provide administrative support to our BASEC laboratory and manage company-wide invoicing. This is an office-based position, located in Milton Keynes. About the role: Prepare and issue invoices and credits accurately and on time. Liaise with Sales, Certification, and Finance teams to verify transaction details and reconcile invoicing issues. Manage laboratory administration, including raising job packs, updating sample statuses, checking test reports, and loading jobs into the BASEC Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) SalesForce. Coordinate with Technicians, Certification & Commercial Teams in relation to reports and client queries. Handle purchasing as required and raising purchase orders. Liaise with import agents for clearing goods. Manage external training, laboratory supply orders, and sub-contracted testing. Provide holiday cover for our Operations Lead and Logistics Technician. Do you have what it takes? Experience with raising invoices and credits. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and motivated attitude. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. A strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality responsibilities.
