Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing food and snacks.
* Maintain kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state.
* Provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers.
Client Service
* Ensure prompt and efficient service, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
* Be customer-focused at all times, visible during service periods, approachable, and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
* Project a willing and helpful attitude to customers; seek knowledge of food items sold throughout catering areas and maintain clean and fully stocked areas and service counters.
People
* Treat team members with respect and kindness.
* Cooperate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchen/service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service.
Health & Safety, Food Safety, The Environment
* Attend required food safety, health and safety, and environmental training courses.
* Rigorously follow unit cleaning schedules.
Additional Information
Term time only, 40 hours per week.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
