The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to provide strategic direction in line with Oxfam’s feminist principles and core values. In this role, you will build and lead a motivated, empowered, and skilled team, fostering a collaborative and flexible work environment. You will oversee the Funding Operations team and drive planning, reporting, and strategy processes for the broader Funding & Strategic Partnerships team. By working closely with the FSP Management Team and key stakeholders, you will ensure that the Funding Operations team meets key operational priorities and supports transformative partnerships that enhance Oxfam’s impact.

* Lived experience(s) or evidence of learning/taking action on anti-racism and inequalities.
* Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing strategy, operating plans, and managing budgets.
* Ability to build relationships and influence to achieve and deliver positive outcomes.
* Aptitude for improving systems and processes.
* A commitment to Oxfam country programmes and to giving Oxfam’s partners and supporters the best possible experience and demonstration of the impact their support is having on poverty.
